How do I change my password?

If you wish to change your password or forgot your password and need help logging in, visit this page and select ‘Forgot your Password?’

Enter the email address you use to log in and we will send you an email with instructions on resetting your password. 


Can I change my Smart Alto number?

You sure can! If you wish to update your Smart Alto number simply visit your profile at the bottom left-hand side of the Smart Alto dashboard. Once there, select the pencil icon beside your Smart Alto number to select a new available number. You can also search for available numbers if you wish to use something specific.
