How do I start a campaign?
If you want to start a campaign simply visit the Campaign tab (Settings [gear symbol] → Campaigns). Once there, search or select the campaign you wish to start. Once the campaign’s information is pulled up, scroll down and select ‘Launch’.
This will begin the campaign sequence for any currently tagged leads and any leads tagged to that campaign in the future.
How do I stop a campaign?
If you want to stop a campaign simply visit the Campaign tab (Settings [gear symbol] → Campaigns) Once there, search or select the campaign you wish to stop. Once the campaign’s information is pulled up, scroll down and select ‘Stop’.
One thing to keep in mind is that once a campaign is stopped it cannot be launched again.
How do I edit a campaign?
